Co-creators of CELMAD products and services
CELMAD's co-creators include :
- Citizens :an Educated and engaged critical mass, aware of their rights and responsibilities;
- Communities : engaging communities and their leaders to reinforce institutions, systems and nations while getting closely involved the local communities in the Center’s development;
- Private sector and social entrepreneurs : committed professionals for a sustainable socio-economic transformation, combining both social responsibility and shared vision in addition to profit;
- Public sector: state authorities, governments, judicial institutions and legislative institutions, civil society and media, aiming at promoting justice, equality, peace and development and at the same time ensuring effective systems and institutions in a favorable ecosystem with a focus on AU, CER and countries;
- Academic, cultural, artistic, and sports institutions : production of research in line with African priorities, which could positively influence the debates and promote a positive narrative to trigger the necessary structural transformations;
- Media, social media; political parties, women’s and youth networks, civil society.
Concerning the co-creators from the public sector, the African Union, the regional economic commissions, the countries (including the decentralized entities, the executive, legislative and judicial powers remain our priorities.
Products & Services
Research, studies and advocacy in combined leadership and management
- Co-research on African priorities, with the historical and cultural realities of the continent and taking into account endogenous knowledge, technological developments (AI, Big data, Deep Learning) and the global context;
- Contextualized and innovative analyses;
- Conversations with people with life lessons to share for healthy emulation and model representation;
- Organizing exchanges between sub-national, national, sub-regional, regional, continental and global institutions and citizens;
- Production of innovative, contextualized, high-value-added tools, methods and services for systemic transformation based on the above outcomes with a focus on women and youth;
- Advocacy (UN, AU, Regional Economic Commissions, bi-lateral bodies, countries, national and decentralized entities, civil society, political parties, media, citizens).
Education, training and capacity-building

- Institutional strengthening of the local, national (executive, legislative and judicial), regional and continental private and public sectors;
- Certificats de short-term en leadership et management combinés (2 semaines à 6 mois);
- then L&M Master for the development of Africa (in partnership with accredited institutions and according to accreditations);

- Ad hoc seminars on specific topics.
Management coaching and leadership for systemic transformation
- Diagnostics, co-creation of solutions for public policies including RBM including facilitation of vision construction, agenda, strategies and plans;
- Innovation laboratories, including social impact lab. on priority topics (energy and environment, agriculture, finance. industrialization, regional integration...);
- Expert advice, seminar facilitation, mentoring and coaching in L&M combined, in resilience, strategy and performance improvement, system and ecosystem construction, innovative service delivery for institutional and individual development;
- Promotion of tools and approaches based on foresight, disaggregated data and strategic negotiations to position Africa in global governance.
