Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s\u2019est tenu au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019Institut Africain de Gouvernance (IAG). Elle a r\u00e9uni un large \u00e9ventail de professionnels, de chercheurs et de leaders d\u2019opinion engag\u00e9s dans la promotion du leadership et du management. La liste des membres fondateurs figure sur la feuille de pr\u00e9sence physique et virtuelle (via zoom).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une allocution de bienvenue du pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d\u2019initiative, M. Fod\u00e9 Ndiaye, qui a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de cr\u00e9er un Centre d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019excellence en leadership et management combin\u00e9e pour une transformation structurelle, \u00e9thique et inclusive de l\u2019Afrique, par et pour ses citoyen(ne)s. Il a mis en avant les objectifs de l\u2019association, notamment la promotion de pratiques de management innovantes, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences en leadership et la contribution au d\u00e9veloppement durable des<br>organisations et des communaut\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9ance a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sentation des statuts de l\u2019association, suivie de discussions enrichissantes entre les participant(e)s. Les \u00e9changes ont permis de clarifier les missions et les ambitions de CELMAD, ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de fonctionnement et de gouvernance de l\u2019association. Les statuts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s (voir le PV).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un moment fort de cette Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9lection des membres du bureau ex\u00e9cutif. Apr\u00e8s un processus de vote transparent et d\u00e9mocratique, les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s, d\u00e9signant M. Fod\u00e9 Ndiaye comme Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association, Mme Coumba Mar \u2013 Gadio en tant que Vice-Pr\u00e9sident, Mme Khardiata Lo \u2013 Ndiaye comme Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et M. Elhadj Sarr, comme Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint et M.Cambel Dieng comme tr\u00e9sorier.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux dirigeants ont exprim\u00e9 leur gratitude pour la confiance plac\u00e9e en eux et ont partag\u00e9 leur vision pour l\u2019avenir de CELMAD. Ils ont insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de travailler en synergie avec tous les membres et partenaires pour atteindre les ambitieux objectifs de l\u2019association.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie d\u2019un cocktail convivial, offrant aux participant(e)s l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9seauter et de partager leurs perspectives sur le leadership et le management.
