\u00ab L\u2019association CELMAD (Centre d\u2019Excellence en Leadership et Management pour le D\u00e9veloppement) a r\u00e9cemment organis\u00e9 une r\u00e9union cruciale portant sur le plan strat\u00e9gique pour la p\u00e9riode 2024-2029. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le 20 avril 2024 au Radisson Blu, a r\u00e9uni les membres de l\u2019association, des experts en management, et des partenaires cl\u00e9s. En sus de la participation en salle, des membres de CELMAD ont particip\u00e9 via zoom.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ouverture de la r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un discours de bienvenue du pr\u00e9sident de CELMAD, M. Fod\u00e9 Ndiaye qui a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de cette session de travail pour d\u00e9finir les orientations strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019association pour les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Les participants ont ensuite assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9bauche du plan strat\u00e9gique par M. Dogo Seck, Pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mme Maty Ndiaye – Sy, membre du Conseil d\u2019administration a magistralement mod\u00e9r\u00e9 la session assist\u00e9e par Mme Ndeye Astou Fall, membre de CELMAD. Les discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9es et constructives, chaque participant ayant eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de partager ses id\u00e9es et suggestions. Les \u00e9changes ont permis d\u2019affiner les priorit\u00e9s et de valider les objectifs strat\u00e9giques.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9union de discussions a pos\u00e9 les bases d\u2019un avenir prometteur pour CELMAD, alignant ses actions avec les besoins \u00e9volutifs du secteur et les attentes de ses membres et partenaires. Les conclusions de la session permettront d\u2019enrichir le document d\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique en vue de sa finalisation et de son approbation.<\/p>\n
